    Have you seen this monstrosity

    I am a big time lever gun fan and enjoy a black gun on occasion, but this has to be the worst combination of the two I have seen.

    In pics. I have not seen a real one. Looks I'm a fan of lever guns but, that one is ugly. I will have to pass on this one

    Okay, I just removed Mossberg from my list of serious gun makers. Those two abominations make me want to ask Mossberg if they have considered random drug testing of their employees.

    As long as they dont discontinue the 500/590 line, I'll still consider them a viable company.

    I prefer the Remington 870 over the Mossberg 500, but I used to use my stepdad's to duck and turkey hunt with. Of course it said it was a Revelation because it was a Western Auto Brand shotgun made for them by Mossberg, but I killed a lot of ducks, doves and turkeys with that modified 28 inch barrel. I don't dislike the 500, just prefer the 870.
