  • Hog Sign

Hogs will leave easily recognizable signs in any area that they frequent. Some sign is very obvious and others are more subtle but being able to identify the evidence they leave behind will enable you to determine if there are hogs in the area, where they are coming from, where they are going and where they like to spend their time. Knowing these things can greatly enhance your hunting, trapping or snaring prospects.

I prefer the Remington 870 over the Mossberg 500, but I used to use my stepdad's to duck and turkey hunt with. Of course it said it was a Revelation

We feed some cattle on a couple ranches along the Brazos river so there is usually a steady supply of hogs.
I always try to stockpile in between

Went out and killed a few with the dogs the other day.
